Privacy policy

• Buyers — email address, payment result (payment method details, such as card numbers, are handled by our payment processor and never stored by PDC), download records (time, country, browser). Used to fulfil orders, send download links and prevent abuse.
• Partner applicants and partners — email, profile (handle, display name, bio, discography, social links, photo), submitted kit files and artwork. Used to review applications, run partner pages and sell kits.
• Approved partners' payout details — bank, account holder, account number (stored encrypted), or, outside Korea, bank details. Used to pay out earnings. Never asked before approval.
• Visitors — cookies (language, visit id) and usage (pages, clicks, navigation; what you type is not recorded). Used to improve the site and find errors.

• Order, payment and payout records: 5 years, as required by Korean e-commerce law
• Partner profile, files and payout details: while the partnership lasts; deleted on request except where the law requires us to keep records
• Usage records: 1 year

• Stripe, Inc. (USA) — payments
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting, data and file storage
• Resend (USA) — email delivery
• PostHog, Inc. (USA) — usage analytics

When you buy a kit, the partner who made it is told that it sold and for how much — never your email or anything else about you. Nothing is shared unless the law requires it.

Payout account numbers are stored encrypted, the admin area is limited to signed-in operators, and all traffic uses HTTPS.
